Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of the product. Returns are not accepted. To receive a refund, you must send clear photos in natural light that clearly show the error/defect; such as extreme discoloration, explanation of rancid smells, or broken soap. Photo must show original packaging (box and shrink wrap if used) and shipping container - Blurry or Dark photographs will not be accepted. I will compare these photos of stock and shipping records. If accepted, a refund will be made for the cost of the product, but not the cost of shipping. Refunds will not be made because you do not like the scent or feel of use.

These are hand made products. Color and pattern variation is expected in each bar of soap and may vary from the image shown.

Palm Oil

Not every soap uses palm oil. But the Palm Oil used comes from a supplier who is a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil. To learn more about their work, please visit their website  https://rspo.org/. I do not use palm oil that is not sustainably sourced. And I try to use it sparingly 

Vegan or Not Vegan?

Soaps will be clearly listed saying if they are vegan or not vegan. When products are not vegan, the non-vegan item will be obtained from a local farm.

Please note: None of the products I offer on this site are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness. Soap products are intended to clean. And are not to be ingested.
